Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable unless:

* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged product received
* Defective product
* If the product received is damaged or defective team will verify and replacement of the product will get done or else the amount will get credited in bank account in 6 to 8 days. 

1. Replacement Policy

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  * Proper images/videos must be shared for verification.
  * Once approved, replacement will be delivered within 6–8 business days.
  * No replacement requests will be accepted after 48 hours.
